At Steph Holmes Artist Studio, I strive to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition. Below are the details of the shipping process and policies:
Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. For custom artwork or commissions, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the project, but I will communicate the expected timeline with you during the ordering process.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. For larger original paintings, professional packing is included in the shipping cost. If local pickup or delivery is preferred, we offer that as an option for buyers in the York, PA area. Simply choose the free pickup option at checkout.
Shipping Method I use USPS to ensure safe delivery of your artwork, and every shipment is insured for its full value. If you would like a signature requirement added upon delivery to confirm receipt, please send me an email (hello@stephholmes.com) at the time of your purchase.
International Shipping At this time, I do not offer international shipping on my website, though I'd be happy to arrange shipping to your country if you contact me directly (hello@stephholmes.com).
Delivery Times Shipping times may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Most domestic deliveries take 3-10 business days from the time of shipment.
Order Tracking Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status. If you have any questions or concerns about your order during the shipping process, please feel free to reach out to me (hello@stephholmes.com).
Local Pickup Local customers have the option to pick up their artwork in York, PA, at Steph Holmes Artist Studio. After placing your order, I will contact you when your order is ready for pick up along with my open hours.
