Return Policy

At Steph Holmes Artist Studio, the goal is to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase. However, I understand that situations arise, and I handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Below are the details of our return policy.

Damaged Artwork If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please email me photos of the damage as soon as possible so I can work with the postal service and resolve the issue.

General Returns I do not typically accept returns for artwork unless there is shipping damage. In some cases, store credit may be offered if the item is returned in its original condition with the buyer handling shipping costs. For artworks that included professional packing, return shipping and packing must also be handled professionally by the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items I do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or custom artwork. Custom artwork/commissions are non-returnable, and deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable. I offer multiple stages of feedback throughout the commission process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
